We ship flowers based on the schedule above. For example, if you order on Monday, your order will ship overnight on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday.
If you order flowers on Thursday, they will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
Before ordering, please check what the weather will be like in your area when we ship flowers. If you are experiencing intense Winter weather, please wait to order until weather conditions are warmer.
Please remember that farm fresh flowers are a perishable product so it is important that you select a date where you will be home when your flowers arrive. If you are sending flowers as a gift, we advise ensuring your recipient will be home and signing up for text or email alerts with Fedex that way you can notify your recipient the moment the flowers arrive!
Ensure you are entering the correct address for yourself or recipient. Flowers are non-refundable for orders that were shipped to an incorrect address provided by purchaser.
We ship only the freshest flowers overnight, so they arrive as fast as possible allowing you to get them quickly into water to give you the maximum vase life possible. Check the expected vase life of each flower variety in the product description for more specifics.
Condition of Flowers
Flowers are a perishable product and may arrive looking slightly wilted. This is common and expected due to extreme traveling conditions, but they usually perk up after they are unpacked and hydrated for at least 12 hours in a climate controlled area out of direct sunlight.
Remember to always give your vase a good cleaning and fill with fresh water before adding your flowers. Give your flowers a fresh cut before placing in water. Allow them to hydrate for about 6 hours before arranging.
Please keep in mind that some flowers may need to rehydrate 12-24 hours after their long journey! Quality is our priority Our flowers are guaranteed to arrive fresh and healthy.
If you have a concern about damage to an order or the condition of the flowers, please email email@example.com and include photos of the package in the case of damage and the flowers.
We are not responsible for neglect or theft after package has been delivered.
Some flowers may need to rehydrate for 12-24 hours after shipping. If there is obvious damage though, take a photo of the flowers and the box (if damaged) and send us an email with the images. Clean your vases with a disinfectant such as bleach.
We may have to cancel an order last minute, though this is incredibly rare. We reserve the right to cancel orders. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
If you also purchase non-flower products with your flower order, please note that these generally cannot be shipped with flowers and will be shipped separately via USPS. You will receive an invoice for the additional shipping.
Non-perishable items will not be overnighted with your flowers!
Cancellations and Requests
Please review our cancellation policy. We do not offer cancellation for shippable flowers.
Unfortunately we are unable to hold flowers in advance.
Requests for certain colors can be made in the notes section, but they are NOT guaranteed.
Shipping Regulations & Restrictions
If ordering flower bundles for multiple destinations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
We ship flowers in the continental United States only. We do not ship flowers to Alaska, Hawaii, or California. Find your local growers!
